for private journeys in the digital logbook
The data protection switch enables the driver to separate private journeys and business trips directly in the vehicle. As soon as the vehicle is in private mode, the journeys are hidden in compliance with data protection regulations. Journeys made with the private switch are displayed as private journeys without an address. The driver himself can also change the private status of a journey at a later date. Subsequent changes are displayed with a revision note in the comment text (with a history of the change for easy tracking).

Drivers receive an excerpt from the digital logbook with their own journeys by e-mail. Entries can be commented on via the logbook module. Logbook reports can be set per driver or per vehicle.
You can use the reports module to define who should receive the extract from the digital logbook and set the desired period for the automated emails as required (e.g. weekly or monthly).
